Purpose: The turbulent times created by the recent uncertain events give only two solutions – either surrender or fight-out. It has been story so far for MSMEs in India. Three that changed business scenario include implementation of demonetization & GST and pandemic-related restrictions. Survival became viable factor businesses. This study dwells deeper into these three their influence on adoption digitalization rural Methodology: Responses MSME owners were collected through a structured questionnaire containing multiple-choice questions 5-point Likert scale. To have better clarity, responses 274 finally considered data analysis. For analysis data, process Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was adopted with help IBM SPSS 25.0. find out validity model, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) performed using AMOS 21.0. Findings: is found pandemic effect strongest significance followed towards business. implemented within year demonetization, its to be non-significant. Practical Implications: results will government as well IT solution providers chalk strategies, products, reforms taking consideration particular problems faced related closure. outcome also ‘Vocal Local’ initiative. Originality: proposed indicate during all major events, importance witnessed MSMEs.
